Saturdays through wedding season book furthest ahead, so the date is the first thing worth settling. Send it to us with a rough guest count and we will come back the same day with availability, the room that fits, and a full quote with the extras itemised.

How quickly will you get back to me?
The same day, in almost every case. Enquiries that arrive late in the evening are answered the following morning.
What happens after I send this form?
It reaches us directly. We check the date against both ballrooms, then reply with whether it is open, which room suits your guest count, and a full quote for that number — package and extras itemised together. If the date is taken we will tell you straight away and offer the nearest alternatives rather than leaving you waiting.
Do I need to know my exact guest count?
No. A rough number is enough to quote against — most people are still finalising a list at this stage. We confirm the final count closer to the date.
Which room will I need?
The Grand Ballroom seats up to 400 guests with a dance floor still open. The Junior Ballroom seats up to 100 and suits showers, first birthdays, engagements and weekday corporate meetings. If you are unsure, give us the headcount and we will tell you honestly which one fits.
What is included in the package price?
Chair covers, tablecloths and security, plus free on-site parking. The sound and projector system and the semi-intelligent lighting system are available at extra cost, and taxes and gratuities are additional. We quote all of it together up front, so the figure you see is the figure you pay.
What costs extra?
The sound and projector system, the semi-intelligent lighting system, taxes and gratuities, and any catering add-ons you choose from the menu. None of it is a surprise — it is all itemised in the quote before you book.
Is there parking?
Yes — ample free parking on site, directly outside the building. There is no separate charge and no validation to arrange.
Can I see the rooms before booking?
Yes, and we would encourage it. Say so in your message and we will arrange a time to walk you through both ballrooms.
Do you cater for dietary requirements?
We run dedicated halal packages, fully vegetarian menus including a South Indian menu, and a West Indian package. Tell us what your guests need and we will build the menu around it.
